As part of our partnership with Aguaspa Sea Containers London for World Wellness Weekend 2025, we were resident at Curzon Sea Containers for a one-day mindfulness takeover of the cinema space.

Our sensory series, Pause, encourages the practice of taking mindful moments: a gentle pause amidst a busy day to be calm, to be present, and to breathe.

The full series was screened on loop for the entire day, with staff teams across the building invited to drop in and take a mindful moment.

Created from original field recordings, the natural ambience of each location is faithfully recreated using binaural mixing techniques, complemented by original music and additional sound design layers.
